These seals play a very important role in preventing the contamination of ground water. This is achieved by using a combination of a sealing mechanism that effectively seals the main water supply line and also the pressure relief valve. The valves are generally located at the top of the pipe where it meets with the pump. The seals are attached to the valves through the pipeline so that the valves do not leak or come loose when they are under pressure. The seals are often used together with other sealing devices like valves and gaskets. The main purpose of these sealing devices is to ensure that there is no leakage of water into the underground groundwater. It is also used in order to prevent the water leakage from reaching the ground or any other area where it could contaminate the groundwater.
